Booking.com is actually cheating customers by showing discount but when I enter the hotel, I found the room just adverse to the information given by the booking.com. Even I enquired that the rent of the room is less than what booking.com is showing after discount. Totally fraud. I will approach Consumer court soon.

Very Good location located at centre of the market with many food options available

Nothing!!!

Everything on their website is fake. This isn't a hotel! There was no hot water, no wifi. There are always electricity problems. It was disgustingly dirty! The sheets had blood stains and holes. It was louder inside than outside. The staff didn't speak English. There were problems with payment. One night, they called me four times and always called the wrong room. All the pictures and accessories for the room are fake. I don't want anyone to experience this hotel and fall for it! All fake reviews.

Rooms & bathroom were not clean, you have to ask for service.

The location is excellent and you can reach anywhere fast. It's bang inside the market so your evening is brightly lit

Room was old style and even bath was decades old style with bucket and mug.

The front desk was very cooperative and humble. They made sure the stay was fine. Always there to attend to all issues.

Services need severe improvement! Everything one needed to ask for atleast six times when it would be made available

The location is good for Karol bagh area with a metro not too far

Rooms don't look anything like the pictures on your portal. The place is shabby and rather dirty. We were allocated a room in a very noisy and dirty corridor. Room did not natch booking and so we asked for another. And after they cleaned it they moved us to a different room. It was a better room but not great. Overall it was not a pleasant place to stay. We were asked to pay cash for the rooms as their card machine did not work. I paid in cash on day 2 and asked for a receipt but they did not issue one. Subsequently I saw that they reported a no show. I think they want to avoid paying you commission. . we had a room booked for 1 Jan 25 at the same place but I have cancelled it and booked elsewhere.

No facilities provided. No separate kitchen. Hotel is not providing breakfast. It's a WORST hotel

The reason I booked this hotel was proximity to the hotel where we were supposed to join our tour group the following day.

The room was a far cry from the advertised photos.

Location

Outside Entrance appearance especially on a late night arrival. Looks better in daytime when shops and market open.

Poor Hygiene, noises through the night.

A relaxing stay with great staff and decent food and rooms

It was a nice hotel to stay, Location is convenient, nearest metro station karol bagh, Comfortable, clean rooms with essential amenities, food option limited..

we loved the rooms and everyone is polite, The service of the staff was quick, Breakfast is good taste.

Disappointing

Could not sleep because of Bedbugs and itching beds. Bathroom is not maintained well. Toilets are not cleaned well. Towel is very hard to use. Overall poor stay experience

Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel has safe feel to traveling their own, room was big neat and clean, close to main market....
